Parents should also be told to supervise their children to brush teeth in the morning and in the evening, rinse mouth after meals, eat less candy and do not eat snacks before going to bed. Parents should educate children not to be picky, eat more food with iron such as lean meat, liver, vegetable with deep color. Train children to have good and healthy dieting habit. Parents should limit children’s time of watching TV or playing mobile phone. Train children to have good way of reading books to reduce children’s sight problems such as short sight, weak sight, astigmatism etc. In the meantime, remind parents to ensure children to have enough physical exercises.
