Kindergarten Introduction:

Wuhua District Yuanbo Kindergarten of Kunming city is the first high-quality educational kindergarten in the northwest area of Kunming city, which is designed by the Wuhua District government to promote the balanced implementation of the Outline of National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 and improve the overall quality of early childhood education.  It is also a high-quality preschool education resource carefully created by The Education and Sports Bureau of Wuhua District in accordance with the standards of first-class demonstration kindergartens in Yunnan Province.  The kindergarten covers an area of 6490 square meters, building area of 5400 square meters, activity area of 2000 square meters, green area of 1800 square meters, the size of the kindergarten for 12 classes.  The park was officially opened in September 2018.  As of September 2021, The Kindergarten has 12 teaching classes, 435 children and 70 teaching staff.  There are 17 employees on the job, accounting for 24.2%.  There are 35 full-time teachers with an average age of 30.6.  Bachelor degree, college degree or above accounted for 100%;  There are 2 senior titles and 7 intermediate titles, accounting for 25.7%.  There are 11 municipal and district academic leaders, key teachers and new talents, accounting for 31.4%.  Two full-time health care doctors and two full-time financial staff.  The faculty is young and energetic.

Project activities:

So far, we have carried out 2 demonstration courses in the demonstration class.

1) Let children from listening to the wonderful sounds of nature, feel the beauty of all things in the world.  Guide the relationship between "people and the Planet" and know that biodiversity matters to us.  Then follow up with gifs and videos to show the effects of global warming.  Introduces the theme "Earth has a fever" from the diagnosis of the Earth doctor.  Through sensory perception (vision, touch, taste) and interactive links let children touch the iceberg one by one (frozen mold), feel cold and warm.  Help children understand the melting of glaciers.
