The Tin Ka Ping Foundation, a very prominent Hong Kong based education foundation, reported on their support to quality preschool education in rural West China through their engagement with Humana People to People to support ‘Preschools of the Future’ (POF) projects in Zhenkang, Tengchong, Huize and Qiaojia Counties in Yunnan Province and the contributions of the POF program to their mission ‘China’s Hope lies in Education’.
