A delegation of 14 members from Liangshan AIDS Office, MCH, CDC and related experts visited HPP in Kunming and through a 1 day workshop explored the potential of the HPP TCE model and technical support in the reduction of Mother to Child Transmission in Liangshan Prefecture.
