It was established in 1993 and was rated as a first-class kindergarten in Yunnan Province in January 2008. Originally located in the Palm Tree Camp Community of Xishan District, there are 8 teaching classes. Due to the dilapidated houses, the district Education Bureau coordinated and arranged. In September 2017, 5 classes were relocated to the West Campus of Chunyuan Primary School in Xishan District. There are 3 classes. Diverted to Yuntou Shangyuan Center Kindergarten. In 2020, there will be 9 teaching classes, 4 classes will be transferred to Xishan Kaiyuan Kindergarten in Kunming City for transition; in August 2021, it will be relocated to the central square of Helenbergh in the new park, covering an area of 7793 square meters and a building area of 6691 square meters; the scale of running a school It has increased to 13 teaching classes, with 428 children, covering an area of 18.2 square meters per student and a building area of 15.6 square meters per student.
